Position Title: Sr. Applications Developer - Hybris

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement world-class eCommerce solutions for major international brand customers;
• Integral member of a customer-facing project Scrum team using our successful Agile Project Delivery Framework;
• Deliver Projects for C4Commerce/Hybris and manage risk to production systems;
• Develop and deliver in a timely manner, small enhancement projects to meet business requirements;
• When assigned to a key project, work as part of the wider team to understand requirements as per agreed scope, including working with business, functional analysts and testing team to deliver project on time;
• Responsible for development of unit and integration tests and perform unit and integration test;
• Help other team members technically, review code and organize development task with other team members;
• Support defect resolution during project and warranty period of key projects;
• Ensure early escalation of issues when identified;
• Take part in customer facing activities such as resolving tickets on timely manner, monitor ticket queue;
• Involved in recommending decisions and responsible for development of business logic to support business requirements and recommendations;
• Manage own prioritization and address any conflicting priorities;
• Co-ordination with any 3rd party where necessary on day-to-day SCRUM activity;
• Responsible for development of web based Hybris application with Java /Spring Framework;
• Take lead on varies development activities such as design and development and Hybris components, integration with other systems;
• Take part in customer-facing activities, mostly remotely although possibility of occasional travel a few times per year; and
• Work closely with Quality Assurance Team as part of the Scrum team.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study
• 5 years of experience with web-based application development;
• 5 years of experience in developing web application with Java programming language in Spring framework;
• 5 years of combined experience with unit and integration testing, techniques, and frameworks;
• 3 years of experience in hybris platform developing programming language;
• 3 years of eCommerce project experience;
• 3 years of development experience with SAP Hybris eCommerce development platform;
• 3 years of experience with SAP Hybris application performance tuning; and
• 3 years of experience as a team player within a cross-functional team of 12+.
• Work from home available. Must reside within commuting distance from employer's Calhoun, GA office.
• Requires approximately 25% travel to other company worksite locations.
• Experience may be gained concurrently.
