*Years Experience: *




* 4-6 years programming/data analysis



*Skills: *




* Knowledge of Field Service Operations and call management systems AND experience with relational database and reporting tools.



*Education: *




* Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent work experience



*Duties: *




* Uses knowledge of software systems/databases/tools (i.e.; Navigator, Reliability, IDEA, Lotus Notes, Cognos) to provide support and service for data/process analysis reporting and tool development.

* Develop data queries based upon adhoc reports required to measure effectiveness of business processess.

* Sr. Customer Master Data Analyst

* Follow existing SOP for maintaining strategy and associated processes for managing Customer Master Data Ensures Customer Master Data accuracy and integrity using knowledge of commercial requirements (including market conditions and market coverage strategies) and software systems.



*Support Commercial Functions: *




* Finance, Contracting, Sales Reporting, Incentive determination, Business Reporting, aForce / IBP reporting.

* Work with IT to ensure timely support and resolution on system issues and data maintenance requests Work with Global Data Stewards to ensure timely and accurate Customer Hierarchy maintenance.

* Candidate will be responsible for implementing maintaining the effectiveness of the Diagnostic Customer Hierarchy quality system.

* Collaborate/liaison with Area Customer SMEs Works with the business to understand and document data processes and how these processes affect data.

* Discovers data issues and drives improvement and consistencies.

* Maps alignment strategies and processes with corporate and Global Data Stewards to drive standardized alignment practices.

* Identifies and implements process improvements to those processes to streamline effectiveness and ensure data integrity Provide support, resolutions and feedback for Global Customer Hierarchy requests.

* Implements customer data change requests on a daily basis



*Required Skills: *




* Strong communication skills, including presentation and training

* Ability to facilitate between the business and technical (IT) community Strong analytical skills in terms of data, processes and systems Familiar with Informatica IDD (aka MDM) environment Strong MS Office Skills, especially MS Excel and MS Access Cognos and SQL skills are a plus Knowledge of diagnostics business, including products, markets and business model
