Job Description
The main purpose of the Systems Analyst is to work within the IT Integration and Operations Team to assist onboarding newly acquired companies to ***** standardize technologies. Primary technologies this person will be working with is Office 365, SharePoint/Teams, Azure AD, Windows 10/11, Position will report to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Along with the IT Integration team, work to analyze and gather data about a company's existing IT infrastructure
• Work with IT Integration team to plan and execute migrating the new company to ***'s standard technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot and support conversation to ***s standard technologies (may be onsite or remote)
• For onsite travel, must coordinate onsite plan with IT Integration team and company's IT point of contact
• During site visits, may need complete additional IT support tasks such as install UPS devices or mount a switch/router for the Networking team
• Support the teams day to day operations including helping users troubleshoot issues not resolved by the Help Desk, order additional equipment, etc.

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in information technology or other technology-related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience from similar work experience obtained in a larger IT enterprise environment is preferred
• IT Inventory experience
• Experience with Office 365 a HUGE PLUS
• Windows 10/11 required
• Open-minded to learn and test new technologies
• Can establish open and constructive dialogues when problem-solving
• Must function well when working together with other IT-specialists
• Good verbal written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel (once a month 2-3 days)
• Ability to work from home 20% of the time
