Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Forecasting

• Run high quality transparent monthly / quarterly forecasting and reporting processes for the division, analyzing full P&L, working capital performance, and other key financial metrics
• Effectively engages in innovative solutions that increase financial performance and process efficiency
• Lead aspects of Divisional functional G&A operating budgets, ensuring funds are optimally deployed against prioritized programs
• Develop and improve reporting and analyses to enhance visibility to business performance and critical initiatives

Management and Personnel Development

• Provide leadership among the CMD finance team, train, mentor and develop junior FP&A team members
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, annual reviews, and development discussions with the team to provide meaningful feedback on achieving personal and organizational goals and advancing their career

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of dynamic experience in finance with prior management and/or mentoring experience a plus
