Business Relationship Management (BRM), Consumer Facing is a technologist group within IT that drives business relationships and technology solutions for Marketing, Digital, Customer Service, Sales, and Innovation & Partnerships. BRM serves as the single point of accountability, driving and aligning IT capabilities and capacities to business priorities for maximum value.

Within BRM, Consumer Facing, Product drives the Enterprise Digital Experience Platform (eDXP) roadmap, comprised of 15+ Salesforce, Digital Content, and Integration products. Product Owners are responsible for a set of assigned products; owning product strategy across the Enterprise, prioritization of initiatives, setting and measuring success criteria, product communications, and product evangelization. To ensure business value and customer satisfaction, Product Owners collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the Enterprise, including but not limited to Solution Architects, Digital Experiences, Creative, Content, Social, Consumer Services, R&D, and Sales. Additionally, Product Owners are key participants in the Agile development process, accountable for the creation and successful delivery of user stories and requirements.

As a Sr. Product Owner for BRM, Consumer Facing, you will act as the Product Owner over several large products. You will report to the Product Owner Manager and support junior level Product Owners to set best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other Product Owners and key stakeholders to define product strategy and vision
  • Responsible for product prioritization, including value identification, and progress against the broader business strategy
  • Own and build the roadmap for the eDXP products in coordination with stakeholders, IT Delivery, and other Product and Program Managers
  • Regularly and clearly communicate the roadmap and priorities with stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage and communicate iterative priorities
  • Work closely with IT Delivery to drive the development of high quality product aligned with or ahead of the roadmap timelines, and to identify, test, and iterate on features
  • Effectively communicate with business and product team members to drive alignment and motivate smart people to do their best work
  • Use qualitative and quantitative measures to inform product development and determine whether your solutions are solving the problem
  • Manages a team within the overall BRM, Consumer Facing Product Team, responsible for curating and defining product strategy, creating and maintaining a detailed product backlog, coordinating User Acceptance Testing, and defining and executing product release strategies with technology leads and fellow product managers
  • Provide leadership to managers and professional staff. Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams, developing departmental plans, including business, production, and/or organizational priorities. Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives.
  • Effectively influence others internally and externally, including senior leaders

Key Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience, 3+ years of experience in ecommerce Product Management and/or other relevant experience; preferably with experience in Salesforce, Digital Content, or Subscription platforms
  • Experience managing people preferred
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, build trust in a demanding, highly-matrixed environment, and succeed cross-functionally
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity
  • Experience working closely with IT organizations
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products
  • Experience in fast-paced work environment, with the ability to triage and make good decisions quickly
  • Strong written and verbal skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences from end-users to the Senior Management
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and practices
  • A sense of ownership, responsibility, and inclusiveness for the delivery of new features
