Interventional Urology - NeoTract is dedicated to developing innovative, minimally invasive and clinically effective devices that address unmet needs in the field of urology. As part of the Teleflex Interventional Urology business unit, NeoTract's focus is on improving the standard of care for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) using the UroLift® System, a minimally invasive, permanent implant system that treats symptoms while preserving sexual function*1,2. Position SummaryThe Senior Sales Operations Analyst is an integral member of the Sales Operations team that proactively manages the CRM platform by helping the Commercial Team exceed their annual objectives through increased capabilities with our CRM tools. In addition, the Sr Analyst provides/assists with analysis and presentation of key business drivers, financial results, and sales reporting. The position also assists in the analysis and administration of the CRM platform.
Principal Responsibilities• Prepare and present team sales analyses (both written and oral) to senior management that efficiently distill data and demonstrate major business trends and opportunities, explaining modeling results to upper management
• Create various ad-hoc analysis in both the CRM platform, as well as other analyses
• Drive CRM process & system enhancements & optimization
• Lead, build, and maintain world-class CRM solutions using best practices with various cross-functional teams
• Recommend improvements to existing systems and processes
• Represent sales operations on various corporate initiatives (i.e., new CRM Reporting Tools)
• Partner with other team members to create, maintain, and own various reporting utilized within the commercial team
• Promote the use of our CRM system and consistently document, coach, and train our sales teams on best practices and onboarding
• Own and execute certain projects as determined by the needs of the business
• Develop proactive reports within CRM (i.e. forecast accuracy, sales funnel updates, etc)
• Lead business relationship efforts with CRM vendor, as both the administrator of the CRM and the business partner
• Leverage the US platforms toward global strategies, both short and long-term
• Lead the implementation of projects and UAT test plans
• Partner with field sales managers on standard and ad hoc reporting needs
• Provide strategic influential business partnering to both internal teams and sales management teams
• Create, join, and manage complex data sets into a comprehensive data visualization platform (e.g., BI tools, Excel, etc.) that drive root cause analysis of problems
• Gain access to, manipulate, and analyze big data from multiple sources

Education / Experience Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
• MBA a plus
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience or related experience
• Medical device industry experience is a plus
• CRM Certification is a plus
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements• Demonstrated leadership in managing the solution implementations in CRMs
• Extensive functional knowledge of CRM platforms
• Demonstrated knowledge in building/documentation of requirements, solution design, UAT prep and execution, and pre and post-go-live support.
• Demonstrated experience in working with CRM integrations, data migration, building of custom apps, custom objects, sharing rules, workflow and validation rules, email templates, formulas, dashboards & reporting, and Sandbox-to-Production processes
• Demonstrated analytical, project management, and leadership skills
• Strong business acumen and experience interacting with various level of management
• Strong ability to influence and be an effective business partner
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suites
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
• Ability to think independently and challenge existing norms for the benefits of the sales teams and the business
• Experience with process improvement
