Intrado's Life & Safety division is responsible for some critical parts of our everyday life. Intrado also provides notifications to the utilities, healthcare, and educational sectors. Intrado is looking to hire a Senior Sales Support Specialist to join our Digital Workflow team. The Senior Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the order of processing/licensing procurement & management/hardware procurement for the entire Revolution/SynApps product suite.

Essential Duties:

• Update current contact information for sales and partner contacts in client relationship management tool ensuring accuracy
• Escalate any client inquires outside scope of job duties to the appropriate resource
• Maintain up-to-date information on assigned products and services to better assist clients

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

• 4+ years of telemarketing experience is required
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel preferred
