You'll Report To: Sr. Director of Business Intelligence

A typical day as a Sr. Business Intelligence Software Engineer might include:

• Develop, implement and maintain mission critical ETL solutions using Python & SQL
• Create, test and optimize business intelligence tools to improve data quality and optimize performance
• Investigate data anomalies and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Build data models, dictionaries, and other database documents across multiple applications
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Machine Learning experts and stakeholders
• Maintain system documentation for other team members

You'll be successful if you are a motivated Sr. Data Engineer with strong Python & SQL skills and looking to join an energetic, fast-paced, project-driven BI team.

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
• 3+ years practical experience in ETL scripting, debugging, and execution
• Extensive knowledge of data modeling, data access, and data storage techniques
• Solid understanding of software development principles including Object-Oriented design
• Python & SQL proficiency
• eCommerce experience is highly desirable
• Google BigQuery and or JavaScript experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Tableau and/or other data visualization tools is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication
