Sr. Software Engineer - Demand Side Platforming We are a a fully-integrated commerce agency that connects brands and consumers across all retail and digital channels. What You Need for this Position The Qualifications:

Ï Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook (Meta) Ads, Amazon DSP or similar DSP system

Ï Experience in Workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow etc.

Ï Experience with container management frameworks such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECR etc.

Ï Experience with Cloud based DW such as Redshift, Snowflake etc.

Ï Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and databases

Ï Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions

Ï Demonstrated ability to deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly

Ï Demonstrated leadership ability in a cross-functional, highly collaborative environment

Ï Experience with JavaScript tools and libraries (e.g. React, Ember, Angular, Jquery), HTML5, CSS, Java, C/C++, SQL, and NoSQL

Ï Experience microservices and microsites

Ï Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

Ï Experience with automated test frameworks and libraries (e.g. JUnit, Mockito, Selenium)

Ï Experience with AWS technologies (EC2, S3, Dynamo)

Ï Experience mentoring software engineers to improve their skills

Ï Sharp analytical abilities and design skills

Ï Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive

Ï Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
