Rapidly growing company in Glen Mills is searching for a Staff Accountant to join their growing team. Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including general ledger account reconciliations
• Develops forecasts using multiple assumptions
• Reconciles bank statements
• Prepare journal entries for monthly close
• Prepares month-end reports, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and required items for financial close to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to defined standards.
• Prepare and assist with a variety of sales reporting such as monthly consolidated gross sales report and overview commentary.
• Prepare/review monthly management reporting package including profit/loss statements, balance sheet, and supplemental analysis reports (e.g. payroll by department, sales allowance analysis, etc.).
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
• Assists with accounting-related projects and accounting research on an as-needed basis
• Maintain clear communication paths with stakeholders
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in accounting
• Education: Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
