We're searching for a motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This hybrid position will see you tackling a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities:
* Process financial transactions and reconcile accounts
* Assist with month-end close procedures
* Prepare financial statements and reports
* Analyze financial data and identify trends
* Support with budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* 1-2 years of experience in a staff accountant role
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
