Title: IT Product Owner

Type: Contract-to-hire
Compensation: $55-60/hr.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring user stories are groomed and ready for the development team
• Gathers requirements, manages, and prioritizes the backlog
• Works closely with Product Management to build differentiation strategy
• Communicates any issues or concerns to ensure end deliverables are completed on time
• Advocates for the customer on behalf of the development team
• Prioritizes bug and defect resolution within sprints
• Accepts stories alongside embedded testers based on defined acceptance criteria

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience of being a Product Owner/Business Analyst
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies, Scrum is a plus
• Excellent communication, customer management, and project management skills
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of delivering customer-driven functionality
• Ability to influence stakeholders when determining viable solutions
• Technical product knowledge and domain expertise working with product or service catalog solutions at scale
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
