Meet the team:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior-level Program Manager for the Commercial Program Management Office to drive strategic commercial programs such as new product launches, expansion of products to new or existing markets, programs with associated partners, and other commercial programs. This position will serve as a lead on global commercial initiatives, will be an individual contributor and will work under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a proven track record in managing high-impact programs along with strong organizational, communication, leadership and influencing skills.
This position will manage multiple programs at the same time with varying degrees of complexity. The candidate will work with leaders and cross-functional teams from Marketing/Brand, Product Management, Partner Management, Sales, Distribution, Customer Support, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and others.
Where you come in:
- You will manage and drive end-to-end program management for cross-functional global commercial initiatives.
- You will drive and lead program strategy alignment to ensure the program/project stays in line with organizational strategy and needs.
- You will lead commercial launch readiness by working with multiple departments to ensure deliverables are completed on-time and with exceptional quality. Drive actionable items across a range of departments.
- You will identify and analyze stakeholder needs; manage expectations and communications to foster alignment, support, and effective decision-making.
- You will establish program/project governance to provide support for decisions and critical risks.
- You will align and communicate timely program status to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
- You will develop program charter, consolidate program milestones, interdependencies to build an integrated roadmap, create execution and communication plans
- You will actively manage program risks and associated issues to minimize impact to the success of the program.
- You will serve as an escalation point for issues, within area of program responsibility, to internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate and resolve conflicts as needed.
- You will aid in development and maintenance of key program performance indicators for specified metrics, ensuring that KPIs are within scope of the program contract.
- You will develop, track, and report on program roadmap, detailed project schedule, critical interdependencies, risks, change control requests, and deliverables.
- You will ensure adherence to global program framework, standard processes, and governance.

- You are able to deliver complex projects on time that span across multiple teams within the organization.
- You have strong communication skills, can effectively facilitate discussions, and communicate with teams and executive leadership.
- You have experience with product launches and completion of full product lifecycle (concept through GTM) in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical devices.
- Your ability to be highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment.
- Your ability to manage conflict professionally with a strong "can do" attitude.
- You have certification(s) in program/project management, change management, and/or Lean Six Sigma (i.e. PMP, Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt).
- You have experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira).

Travel Required:Experience and Education Requirements: (this section should not be modified)
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
