Help at Home is hiring a Staffing Coordinator!

The main focus of the Staffing Coordinator position is to maintain operational branch success and coordinate client care with referral sources, clients and employees to ensure quality service delivery. All coordination must be conducted within contract, state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. The Staffing Coordinator reports directly to the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and document employee/client calendars and complete communication forms
  • Evaluate On-Call reports
  • Participate in annual reviews
  • Communicate with field staff, nurses, Branch Managers, referral sources and caseworkers regarding client conditions
  • Coordinate resolution for daily staffing issues
  • Review time sheets and submit payroll entry forms
  • Conduct and/or assist with interviews or discipline
  • Assist with employee training
  • Assist Branch Manager with any other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to insured and reliable transportation
  • One year of experience in the health care and/or home services industry
  • Availability to work day shifts
  • Previous experience working with the elderly and/or disabled or must display a compassionate attitude for that constituent
  • Professional communication and organizational skills
  • Good references
