Compensation: $23.00/hr
The Staffing & Payroll Analyst position assists with ongoing and ad hoc financial and budget reporting for the Agency, and with daily upkeep over its Business Intelligence (BI) data reporting warehouse for staffing and payroll information. This Analyst position will specialize in reporting and analyses over the Agency's staffing/payroll budgets and expense. This position can be located in either Clinton, MO or St. Peters, MO.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Preparation of various financial and budgetary reports
• Dashboard reporting for staffing levels and payroll expense
• Monthly preparation of unit account entries for various staffing and payroll data
• Daily upkeep over the Agency’s BI360 data warehouse, including assisting the Senior Director of Accounting and Payroll with report writing
• Maintaining mapping of all reporting segments within the BI360 data warehouse
• Assisting with preparation of recurring payroll and FTE reports
• Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned

• High School/GED required
