Location: Redding, CA
Description: A West Coast regional family oriented supermarket chain is searching for a store manager for one of their northern CA locations. Retail supermarket management experience of 3 to 5 years is is desired. Mid range volume experience in a seasonal type location is desirable but not mandatory.
Interpersonal people skills are needed for this associate friendly company. Degree beneficial but not required in lieu of industry experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position would be accountable for the total operation of the store. Responsibilities would include but would not be limited to: total P&L accountability, customer service, sales, sanitation, conditions, security and inventory control. Development of good will through community involvement would be a big factor in these family oriented stores. An excellent opportunity well out of the larger metro areas.
