The Strategy Associate will play a critical role in the creation and execution of Lucid's strategy roadmap. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate team player who is a highly capable strategic and analytical thinker, with a track record of working well with others and of taking extreme ownership of their work. Prior experience in Management Consulting is a plus, but not a requirement. This role reports to the Senior Director of Strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Senior Director of Strategy, Chief Product Officer, and other senior leaders
  • Build business cases for new product and feature opportunities, helping to craft strategy roadmaps for new areas of Lucid's development
  • Work on cross functional initiatives to solve Lucid's most challenging problems, often involving sales and go-to-market strategy
  • Lead market analysis as it pertains to new opportunities, including market sizing, market maps, and competitor tear downs
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, identifying and evaluating opportunities and exploring their alignment with company and product objectives
  • Be a critical part of helping Lucid achieve its targets for future growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a high performing, data-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and become an expert on new domains of knowledge
  • Proven autonomy and ownership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SaaS companies and markets
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in management consulting or investment banking
