What You Will Be Doing Leads the project along with a Project Manager
Oversees the project to make all critical field decisions and ensure proper project decisions
Serves as a point of contact for the Owner, Engineer, and Architect at the job site
Oversee and uphold Safety expectations and requirements
Oversees coordination of Trade Partners
Leverages Project Management Software (Procore experience preferred)
Oversees project activities such as sequencing, scheduling, procurement, logistics, quality control, and staffing
Manages routine tasks such as timesheets, daily reports, equipment maintenance, inspections, etc.
Project Reporting and Documentation
Develop and Supervise QA/QC efforts
Supervises field staff to ensure professional development
Leads Project Close-Out Procedures
