Your new company
Opportunity to join a local Construction company with a family-oriented culture. They have been in business for over 30 years. Their projects range from $100k-$30M and include K-12, Healthcare, Retail, Higher Education, Restaurant, etc.

Your new role
As a Superintendent you will be responsible for planning, leading and coordinating all field activities related to the project.

• Lead a team of foreman on projects ranging $5M-$30M
• Communicating with the all involved individuals including: project manager, owners, design team, architects, etc.
• Reviewing proposals and drawings to then determine scope of work and then schedule accordingly
• Maintaining weekly project reports and logs

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Construction with 3 years of leadership experience
• Project experience $5M-$30M
• Ability to lead a Construction team and evaluate performance
• Thorough understanding of specs and plan reading and computer scheduling programs.
• Construction Degree Preferred

What you'll get in return
Compensation for this role is $80k-100k depending on experience with full benefits package.
