What You Will Be Doing As the Superintendent for Vertical Concrete Construction, you will be handling multi-level poured-in-place concrete projects ranging from parking garages to high-rise apartment buildings. You will be in charge of the entire construction process, which includes inspecting finished work to make sure it complies with specifications and standards, scheduling and coordinating workers to make sure they have the supplies they need to finish their tasks ahead of timeline, and assigning and supervising workers who help with the construction process.
What You Need for this Position 5+ Years Vertical Concrete Construction Experience Plus:
- Experience leading poured-in-place/site-cast concrete projects
- Proficiency with scheduling, delegating tasks, budgeting, and negotiating contracts
- Proven track record of leading construction crews to complete projects ahead of schedule and under budget
- Ability to organize and oversee multiple large-scale ground-up construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
