Responsibilities

The Access Center Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Outpatient Scheduling and/or Medical Group Scheduling Representatives and Access Center Team Leads. The functions that are supervised are related to timely and accurate collection of data to complete the scheduling, pre-registration and/or insurance verification, when applicable, for all tests/procedures, including complex diagnostic procedures, and medical group practice appointments during the scheduling call, as well as ensuring staff are modeling behavior to promote a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
