About the job:

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Supervisor Environmental Services supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function within Environmental Services.

What you'll do:
  • Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
  • Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
What we're looking for:

Education: High School education or GED preferred or 2 years previous housekeeping experience.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience and 1 year of work leadership experience
  • Must have record of demonstrating positive leadership qualities and interpersonal skills and creative approaches to problem solving.
