Job Summary

Responsible for leading a team and supervising the day-to-day Talent Acquisition Operations of the TAOS HR Shared Services. Identifies opportunities to improve department's strategies, process, and projects. Also has responsibility for the performance evaluation of direct reports.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides guidance and direction in all phases of the TAOS recruiting operations process
  • Implement improvement opportunities to drive Talent Operations effectiveness across all Divisions
  • Collaborate effectively with others in order to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables. Create and foster relationships with cross functional business partners to expand, enhance, or modify services to support departmental growth and efficiency.
  • Communicate at all levels of the organization. Provide timely updates on program milestones, accomplishments, and challenges.
  • Answers questions and recommends corrective resolutions to address employee and/or customer issues, complaints and inquiries.
  • Mentors staff to maximize performance and potential.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Contributes to the development of new operational policies and procedures affecting the One TAOS Model. Recommends operational changes/adoptions.
  • Monitors team members' individual performance to ensure quality standards are being met. Conducts performance reviews and trainings.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
