Job Description

A GM Supplier Performance Leader executes management priorities and works towards achieving encouraged result and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitors ongoing key performance indicators.

• Analyze, interpret, evaluate, plan and influence decisions.
  
• Maintains efficiency in rapidly changing environment.
  
• Cross functional collaboration across business units.
  

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate clear requirements to our supplier partners regarding emergency support and recognizing how to best support our Members.
  
• The selected individual will be required to successfully complete all OnStar Emergency Line of Business training requirements, which includes Emergency new hire training and Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) training.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous automotive supplier experience a plus!
  
• Leadership experience with the Emergency line of business
  
• Strong understanding of Member needs during an emergency situation.
