Our Catalyst division is on the hunt for a Supply Chain Analyst based at our Conshohocken, PA location.

This role is primarily responsible for managing the Catalyst Technologies Supply Chain SIOP elements and performing supply chain analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the supply/demand information flow between the commercial team and the manufacturing sites in order to meet customer requirements while optimizing the manufacturing strategy and meeting working capital targets.

Drives Monthly SIOP process elements

  • Verifies demand updates complete on time by forecast owners
  • Distributes forecasts to production sites
  • Aggregates Manufacturing Site production plans
  • Runs Supply Reviews for production sites
  • Creates Supply Chain elements of SIOP meetings
  • Maintains process flows for SIOP functions

Supply Chain Support

  • Generates weekly sales and inventory reports
  • Manages in-house forecasting tool and process
  • Reviews exception reports daily and follows up as needed
  • Customer sales analysis
  • Inventory Analysis

Generates reports

  • Forecast Error (MAPE & BIAS)
  • Production Output to Plan (OTP)
  • Working capital impacts from the consolidated production plan
  • Inventory to Target

Plus other supply chain duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher related to Supply Chain or another business field
  • Ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of supply chain experience.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Must be a strong MS Excel user
  • Experience with MS Access preferred
  • SQL and VBA programing abilities a plus
  • Experience with a SIOP monthly cycle
  • Travel Requirements: 0-2 weeks per year
