Summary
The Supply Chain Data Analyst will review current reporting approaches, assessing needs, identifying gaps, and leading with a point of view on how to develop and improve reporting processes. This individual is a key contributor that will further enable the team's reporting efforts in providing insights and analytics to promote data-driven decision making.

  • Work with stakeholders from supply chain, finance, commercial, and executive leadership to acquire, assimilate, manipulate, validate, and report on data projects of varying complexity.
  • Work within the team to set priorities and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Produce and enhance reports & dashboards, while creating standards to ensure reporting consistency across the supply chain.
  • Create presentations, and present, as needed
  • Assist with analysis and modeling support of systems to sustain supply chain initiatives
  • Contribute to the design of functional solutions towards Supply Chain objectives and network strategies
  • Research business problems and contribute to the creation of models that help analyze and improve the situation.
  • Ensures the accuracy and reliability of all data reported.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis.
  • Other supply chain projects as assigned

Job Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, or supply chain preferred
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in supply chain or finance management
  • Strong problem solving and mathematical skills
  • Strong data management and analytical skills
  • Expertise in business intelligence platform such as Domo, Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with supply chain network modeling tools such as Coupa/LlamaSoft Supply Chain Guru.
  • Ability to leverage big data sets to identify opportunities, develop strategic insights, and create business consumable data assets.
  • Strong understanding of data foundations and analytics.
  • Knowledge of global manufacturing supply chain operations
  • A pro-active and self-motivated approach to problem solving which includes curiosity and passion for customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations and findings in a clear, concise format.
