Supply Chain Manager - Center of Excellence

Are you a supply chain expert looking for your next challenge?  Are you a subject matter expert in Demand Planning, Materials Management, Network Design & Optimization, Supply Planning or Warehouse Management?  If so, we would like to talk to you.

We are looking for strong Supply Chain Managers to lead the Centers of Excellence in various categories of Supply Chain in our Kitchen and Bath Departments.  These roles will be remote and can be based anywhere globally.  You will be responsible for process excellence and continuous improvements across regions and drive regional and global transformation strategies to ensure best in class performance.

You will serve as a subject matter expert or champion for demand planning, materials management, network design & optimization, supply planning or warehouse management.  You will guide both regional and global teams to to realize set supply chain transformation targets.    

Specific Responsibilities

• Lead KITCHEN & BATH demand planning process improvement program and lead key transformation projects.
• Act as innovation leader and change champion for demand planning processes and technologies, including advanced forecasting concepts and models.
• Define common demand planning process standards, templates and metrics that enable best-in-class performance. Define and implement demand planning process maturity roadmap across regions.
• Serve as subject matter expert for demand planning on process development and implementation (people + process + IT solution) across all regions. This includes short- and long-term demand planning and forecasting as part of IBP, CPFR, NPD and product discontinuation process, Project and impact order forecasting process, and intercompany demand planning process.
• Lead KITCHEN & BATH demand planning system design and implementation globally utilizing cutting-edge technologies. Be part of global platform team to provide support for issue resolution, change management and trainings.
• Work with global and regional SCM teams to identify demand planning improvement opportunities to achieve KITCHEN & BATH Supply Chain transformation target. Identify the best practices for Demand Planning and share globally.
• Own global technology roadmap for demand planning system solutions. Perform business process re-engineering and create IT business solution requirements.
• Benchmark performance of regional demand planning processes, develop process improvement methodology and establish capability roadmaps to drive continuous improvement of the demand planning process.
• Develop an assessment process to evaluate compliance of the regional processes to the global standard. Work with regional and global leaders to implement corrective actions when and where necessary to regain compliance.
• Act as content leader for demand planning competency models and talent development programs.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business.  Advanced degree in business administration or Supply Chain management highly desirable.
• Over 8 years of supply chain experience, 5 years of management responsibility in SCM management, Demand Planning, Forecasting Network Design & Optimization, Supply Planning, Materials Management or Warehouse Management. Experience in advanced forecasting models and data analytics is a plus.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership across countries. And project manager to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions and measure delivery results, in the areas of supply chain.
• Experience with SAP or comparable Business Enterprise System, IBP or APO is highly preferred.
