In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technologies, contributing to our commitment to innovation and excellence. You'll be at the forefront of collecting, processing, and analyzing field data, ensuring smooth communication with both internal and external clients. Your role extends to coordinating and directing the field personnel for optimal project efficiency, meticulous record-keeping of field notes and related documentation, training junior field staff, and overseeing the proper maintenance of surveying equipment and vehicles.

Qualifications include... • High school diploma or GED• Minimum two years' experience as a party chief• Strong understanding of mathematics, surveying principles and QA/QC processes• Ability to efficiently perform multiple types of surveys including but not limited to ALTA, boundary, construction, and topographic surveys• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities• Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as needed• Valid driver's license with clean driving record• Pass background check

Ideal candidate will possess...• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D• Desire to explore and develop new technologies• Photogrammetry and/or scanning experience
