Role Purpose:
As SVP of Recruiting your role is to deliver outstanding customer and candidate experience. You will do this by building expertise across the business in key verticals and sectors that we operate in, using data insights to proactively build relevant talent communities that will result in high levels of fulfilment of customer jobs and more candidates placed into new roles.
You will lead all Delivery teams across our recruiting centers. This role will partner with sales and Account Management leadership to ensure all efforts and programs align with our client requirements, working together for collective success. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with all stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring utilization of our globally aligned best practice operating model and method, optimizing, and enhancing them as required and ensuring our strategy, and programs are fit to deliver on current and future client hiring needs while supporting and enhancing the candidate experience. You will be expected to bring innovative strategies to reality.
You will be a key member of the Hays U.S. senior leadership team and a member of the U.S. Board. You will bring experience successfully managing complex programs, projects, budgets, and deadlines and working across all levels of leadership.
