Cognizant is seeking a System Analyst/Helpdesk in Cookeville, TN.

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Desk side and end user support.
• Desk side and end user support
• Windows imaging, deploying machines and troubleshooting
• Windows 7, Windows 10, and MAC OS troubleshooting
• Should be a team player supporting peers, department management and business unit leadership to fulfill operational service levels, department initiatives and project deliverables.
• Knowledge and hands on experience with ITIL concepts and tools.
• Communicate and coordinate with end users to troubleshoot and resolve tickets.
• Candidate must have hands-on experience with SCCM in Windows imaging, deploying machines and troubleshooting.
• Documenting/writing notes on problem-solving process, including troubleshooting outcomes, actions taken and final resolutions.
• Perform file backups, replace, or migrate data on new or old computers.
• Manage and track IT assets.
• Create and provide reports to supervisors and other team members that detail the status of projects and the location of organizational assets.
• Good knowledge on Windows 7, Windows 10, and MAC OS troubleshooting.
• Knowledge on configuring and installing Zero Client/Dell Wyse client/Thin clients.
• Imaging of windows 7 and Windows 10 clients.
• IT equipment receivables support and updating People soft.
• Virtual Desktop support (VMware) and remote desktop to the end user.
• Audio and Video support for conference room (Monitors, projectors connectivity and other equipment related issue).
• Troubleshooting of Printers (Stand-alone/network) hardware and driver related issues.
• Moving IT equipment for end user/Ability to provide onsite support to end users for Hardware related issues.
• Able to provide hands-on fixes for desktops and laptops that include software installations and upgrades.
• Test and deploy configurations as part of a mobile device (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) supporting corporate-owned device.
