• Develop, test, and maintain interview scripts within EDC's call management system
  • Building of data entry and scripting logic
  • Base questions
  • Drill down questions
  • Diagnosing rules
  • System communication
  • Configuring system connections
  • Design agent collected data
  • Design interview data
  • Design how the agent data flows into the system
• Develop, test and maintain forms within EDC's forms mapping environment.
  • Conversion of images into proprietary file types,
  • Mapping data controls
  • Building source tables
  • Distribution rules
• Technical Support
  • Liaison for EDC department to trouble shoot forms or scripting concerns
  • Customer support to trouble shoot forms or scripting concerns
  • Provide timely resolution to all production related inquiries
• Special Projects as assigned

Required Work Experience

• 3+ years of working knowledge with MS Access and Excel
• 1+ years of project management or equivalent experience managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Experience interacting with all levels of management

Preferred Work Experience

Experience interacting with clients preferred

Skills

• Ability to Multi-Task (working multiple projects)
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills is a must

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree preferred
