Job Summary:
In this role you will coordinate with managers, internal team members, business partners, and outside vendors to ensure successful execution of recruitment processes. You will primarily support high-volume recruitment activities for skilled labor roles within our Industrial Power Systems Division and assist our Oil, Gas & Marine Division.

What you will do :

• Assist the talent acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits
• Create and distribute employment-related correspondence, including interview scheduling, applications, forms, offer letters, travel reimbursement and orientation materials
• Initiate and monitor background screening and medical pre-employment processes

What you will have:

• Service Excellence : Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail : Understand the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Flexibility and Adaptability : Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.
• Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with internal and external customers and business partners.

Top candidates will also have:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Previous recruitment and/or HR experience

• Primary Location is Seguin, TX.
