RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead in Fort Lauderdale, FL (Florida).Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Lead:

• Talent Acquisition Lead will establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world class team
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Talent team to achieve company hiring goals
• Identify top sources of candidates, conduct pre-screening, coordinate interviews and do hiring assessments
• Serve as a liaison with recruiting agencies and establish processes to optimize the recruiting lifecycle
• Talent Acquisition Lead will partner closely with the leadership team to understand recruiting plans across all functions, including drafting of job descriptions
• Define and describe our ideal target candidate profiles, develop our channel strategy and messaging to reach and attract them
• Optimize our interview process to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and high signal evaluation outcome

REQUIREMENTS:

• Talent Acquisition Lead needs 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment and experienced hiring
• Proven results in scaling an engineering-first organization through rapid growth
• Deep understanding of what creates a successful and delightful hiring experience, and can apply it in practice across various functions and countries
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks such as LinkedIn
• Passionate about hiring and onboarding new team members at a fast growing startup
• Demonstrated computer skills utilizing Google Suite, Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
