Beacon Hill Associates is partnering with a chemical industry company that is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for attracting highly qualified candidates and retain employees by ensuring cultural and skill sets required for the position are in alignment.

When: ASAP

Pay Rate: 55,000-65,000/year

Hours: FT onsite at Brooklyn Park location after Labor Day with Fridays being remote.

Principal Responsibilities:

· Perform life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, interviewing, on-boarding screenings and extending offers, completing necessary paperwork, and onboarding (new hire orientation, etc)

· Ientify area needs and develop positional recruitment strategies

· Support hiring manager in the completion of the job description, qualifications, and core competencies as required,

· Develop and grow a presence on social and professional networking sites to leverage MGK's unique culture and identify candidates,

· Participate in university and high school recruiting and career fairs

· Build relationships with local schools and universities and professional organizations

· Participate in the Strategic Workforce Planning discussions in order to proactively identify employment needs related to new opportunities, potential attrition, and retirements

· Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources field

· 3+ years corporate recruiting with experience in leveraging social media for recruiting and sourcing efforts

· Experience leveraging an Acquisition Talent System (ATS) such as Taleo or Jazz

· Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

· Previous experience maintaining an Affirmative Action plan preferred
