What you'll be doing:

You will lead and coordinate organization-wide efforts to develop, initiate and maintain effective talent programs that deliver measurable results. You will deliver top-notch, scalable talent lifecycle processes and programs in the areas of performance management, competencies, goal setting, succession planning, talent calibration, career development & planning, corrective action, 360 assessments, and executive coaching. With a strong focus on diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) you will infuse talent management with an integrated approach to recruitment, onboarding, and retention. With data-driven methodology, you execute talent management responsibilities aligned to our strategic plan. And, although this position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, you will act as an advisor, coach and mentor for business leaders and employees across the organization. Additionally, you will:


  • Broaden organization effectiveness by aligning talent objectives and DE&I strategies.

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to continuously improve (and build) outstanding talent programs that drive measurable results as well as career growth and retention.

  • Collaborate with the Learning team to forecast talent development needs and collaborate to build out resources, customized development, and program delivery.

  • Partner with the HRIS team to collect and coordinate relevant data analytics, metrics, and reporting. Then, translate the data into insights that drive thoughtful action plans at the appropriate levels.

  • Team up with DE&I to fully integrate objectives into talent management functions.

  • Lead talent review and succession planning activities with senior leaders.

  • Continuously align talent review and succession planning with business goals to build an internal bench of top talent.

  • Conduct research and provide guidance on best practices for improved outcomes with succession planning and talent reviews.

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and division leaders to enable cross-divisional talent bench development and career paths.

  • Develop presentations to be delivered to all job levels including executive leadership

  • Provide communication, including delivery of webinars, and ongoing support throughout our performance management cycle to enable the organization.

  • Expand current capabilities and build new programs to support career development and internal mobility.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a role specialized in talent management, organizational development, leadership development or similar where responsibilities included performance management, talent development, succession planning, career pathing, and coaching.

  • Experience communicating and serving as an advisor to senior leaders about talent management programs.

  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing talent management processes and programs.

  • Experience effectively analyzing talent data to glean valuable organizational and people insights.

  • Proven success in quickly building a strong internal network both within human resources and the business divisions to seamlessly deliver results.

  • Experience with talent modules on enterprise HRIS platforms. Workday is a big plus!

  • Experience balancing the needs of multiple internal partners with competing priorities.

  • Passion for maximizing the employee experience.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in both a talent-specialized or COE role and as an HR business partner running annual processes such as performance, succession, and other related talent development initiatives.

  • Experience implementing succession planning and/or career planning modules in Workday or another enterprise platform.

  • Experience in building talent management analytics.

  • Experience with a public company and/or a large multi-national or multi-regional organization.
