ADP is hiring a Tax Analyst. In this position you will act as liaison between Compliance Solutions leadership and frontline associates and CEH corporate development and implementation staff. In addition, you will support the CAET group as needed in regards to IVR/phone line testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as liaison between Compliance Solutions (specifically the TPS group), to include leadership and frontline associates, and CEH corporate development/implementation staff.
• Identify and promote CEH enhancements that are beneficial to TPS staff.
• Coordinated and conduct monthly CEH satisfaction surveys and gather, promote and deliver monthly results.
• Conduct quarterly CEH roundtable with rotating associates to identify issues with CEH, as well as potential pain points and requests TPS may have to improve its performance.
• Maintain and administer Siebel database for TPS ensuring all new associates are set up correctly.
• Perform any necessary maintenance within Siebel as a result of associate moves, team changes, etc.
• As needed, participate in after hours CEH testing to ensure seamless delivery of new CEH enhancements, bug fixes, etc.
• Assist with after hours phone testing as needed to ensure that any changes to routing, etc. work as intended and that the changes have not impacted other routing.
• Performs other related duties as approved or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma.
• Familiarity with CEH/Siebel preferred.
