The salary range for this position is $60k-$65k!

Be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides support and encouragement to adults with chronic mental illness so that they can live their best lives! Our Team Clinicians gain comprehensive clinical experience working under experienced, independently licensed clinicians. In addition, we offer a wide variety of career growth and training opportunities within our organization.

The clinicians in our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program work with their supervisors and colleagues to develop clinical assessments, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for clients. They also lead development of comprehensive recovery-based services, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and provide clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients, who reside in our residential group homes.

Required Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully at coordinating care across a continuum of care required
  • Must demonstrate the following characteristics: Flexibility with schedule, ability to function as a team member in assessing the needs of individuals, the ability to contribute in the development of policies and procedures, creativity and resourcefulness in seeking pathways that will provide support to the program
  • Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations preferred

Required Experience
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
  • License Required
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience working with individuals with SPMI
  • Familiarity with principles of psychiatric recovery required
