RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Ogden, UT that is seeking three Technical Business Analysts for contract-to-hire roles. This position will offer remote work, with the need to be onsite on occasion for some meetings.These positions will support various teams within the organization, and perform the following duties, as well as others to be assigned as projects move forward:

• Technical Business Analysts perform requirements gathering
• Liaise with the business
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver requirements
• As a Technical Business Analyst, you are adept at building trust with teams
• Gain a strong understanding of the technology used within the products and delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
• Experience working with at least one of the following entities: Database Administration; Software Programming; Web Services
• Experience with discovery and documentation
• Demonstrated strong technical understanding and aptitude
• Requirements gathering and liaise with business entities
• Ability to develop working relationships of trust with technologists
• Experienced being thorough, reliable, and personable with cross-functional teams
