  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Display, Systems Engineering, Imaging Science, Electronics, Optics, or Physics and 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Experience with driving programs in a research environment.
  • Project management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group technical collaboration experience.
  • Experience managing external technical engagements with industry and academia.
  • Knowledge of display and/or optics development including manufacturing processes.
  • Organizational experience, including managing cross-team budgets and headcount.
  • Systems architecture application experience in technical domains.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in an engineering or scientific field related to display/optics/imaging systems.
  • Experience in project management on optics and display development especially in the consumer market.
  • Multi-team/geographically dispersed team management experience.
  • Track record of transitioning research or emerging technologies into consumer products.
  • Experience working with a cross-disciplinary team of researchers, software engineers and hardware engineers.
