WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Will assist in the delivery of remote support and/or provide on-site support as needed to both internal and external customers
  
• Prepare basic task procedures for field usage as directed.
  
• Alert supervisor of any customer issues in accordance with the established escalation procedures
  

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• A.S. Electronics Engineering or related field of study
  
• Experience in an Electro-mechanical hardware support role.
  
• CVD experience.
  
• Prior experience in electrical, electronics and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
