RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Denver, CO that is looking for a Technical Writer to a join a large healthcare organization for a remote opportunity. This will be contract to hire role and the Technical Writer will be responsible for planning, organizing, writing and editing consumer documentation, FAQs and chatbot responses.Other day to day responsibilities include the following:

• Researches technical design specifications, interface design, design diagrams or test specifications
• Acquires and organizes basic source material, including applicable specifications, engineering write-ups, and drawing packages
• Helps coordinate the layout and design of the material; Works with systems analysts and programmers to create and edit application and systems documentation, training courses and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of prior experience in this role
• 2+ years writing experience preferred
• Must have expert knowledge of MadCap Flare, specifically single sourcing, conditions and expressions
• Good knowledge of Excel, MS Word and SnagIT
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required
• Experience documenting for consumer and healthcare fields is strongly preferred, specifically regarding digital solutions
• Experience working in an Agile environment preferred
