We are actively hiring for an RV Specialist! Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals. This position can be based out of CA, AZ, CO, NV, OK or NJ.

We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals, who think big and move fast with a passion for service excellence.

Essential responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, negotiate and settle physical damage for all Specialty claims, along with other exposures (i.e. loss of use, property damage).
• Negotiate settlement of the claim with the insured, third party and attorneys.
• Resolve claims coverage issues.
• Process payments and reviews with supervision/management when beyond authority.
• Prepare file for authority review with supervisor or manager.
• May prepare small claims court files and attend hearings; performs on-scene diagrams.
• Owning adjuster for some first-party only claims.

What would make us excited about you

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 3 or more years estimating experience with RV's, motorcycles, tractor-trailers and/or home.
• Property and Casualty insurance experience.
• Adjuster license a plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.

If performed in Colorado, this position has an hourly range of $32.08-$37.75 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
