As an Associate Manager, you will provide product and medical communication expertise to external healthcare professionals, patients, and internal colleagues. We develop and maintain audience appropriate standard medical response documents, product dossiers, scientific Q&As and provide scientific/medical review of promotional materials. Execute on our medical affairs strategy while maintaining adherence to policies, procedures and all regulations and industry standards are followed.

A typical day may include:

• Providing medical expertise to both internal team and to clients in wide range of therapeutic areas.

• Coordinating the tasks in producing a formulary submission dossier.

• Providing product support and guidance to Medical Information Call Center colleagues.

• Providing product and literature updates to medical affairs product team and extended product team as necessary.

• Maintaining core product reference literature, as well as, necessary key competitor and disease literature references.

• Maintaining Product Scientific Q&A.

• Staying current with competitor products and with advances in medical therapies in assigned therapeutic area.

• Strict adherence to departmental, corporate, and regulatory compliance standards.

To be considered for this, you need to have a Doctorate (PharmD, PhD, or MD) level education with experience in Clinical Data. Any experience in Medical Information or a Fellowship is preferred. Understanding of medical and scientific principals relating to human health and healthcare regulatory environment relating to the pharmaceutical industry. Preferred experience would include: Searching multiple medical literature databases (PubMed, Embase, ScienceDirect, etc.)
