Our client, a construction company located in Boston, is seeking an Executive Assistant on a temporary to hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling complex meetings, coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements, managing, and troubleshooting meeting technology; preparing supporting materials, maintaining files, reconciling credit card statements, and monitoring and replenishing supplies. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional communication and organizational skills and hold the ability to multitask. This role is paying up to $42/hour depending on experience and the hours will be M-F. The hours can range from 5:30am-7pm. Qualified candidates should apply today for immediate consideration.
