General position summary:

The Temporary Living Coordinator is an integral member of the Global Network Integration (GNI) Global Services team centralized in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Primary responsibilities include- the effective execution of all operational and administrative tasks in support of Sterling Lexicon's Temporary Living service segment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for customer service interaction with our internal teams, network suppliers, and on occasion with our assignees regarding temporary living matters.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Sterling Lexicon's internal teams for inquiries and service escalations relations regarding temporary living requests and reservations.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for temporary living supplier operational contacts for inquiries and escalations regarding temporary living requests and reservations.
  • Administer Sterling Lexicon's temporary living sourcing technology platform.
  • Monitor all active temporary living requests and reservations, including but not limited to, notified supplier response time, number of options being provided by notified suppliers, supplier acknowledgments of awards, open service issue tickets, and notice to vacate (NTV) alerts, and coordinate the appropriate actions with temporary living suppliers and/or internal Sterling Lexicon teams to resolve.
  • Assist Temporary Living Management Team with generation and distribution of temporary living supplier customer service and key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Assist Temporary Living Management Team with generation and review of reporting related to temporary living service segment revenue and costs.
  • Work with temporary living suppliers and Sterling Lexicon internal teams to ensure critical data items, including but not limited to, lease start and end dates, in Sterling Lexicon's temporary living sourcing technology platform are accurate and/or updated in a timely manner to ensure data integrity for management, revenue, and insurance reporting and audits
  • Assist Temporary Living Management Team with temporary living supplier sourcing exercises and onboarding process.
  • Support Temporary Living Management Team with temporary living supplier performance reviews.
  • Support Temporary Living Management Team with training internal Sterling Lexicon teams on the temporary living service segment and sourcing technology platform.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to improve job-related skills, responsiveness to direction and constructive feedback.

  • Attend and actively participate in all team and/or other meetings and training sessions as deemed appropriate.

Preferred Education & Experience:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience in, or working with, the temporary living/short-term accommodations/serviced apartment services industry
  • Knowledge of Equus AssignmentPro is a plus
  • Knowledge of ReloQuest is a plus

TRAVEL:
  • Ability to travel 10% on overnight trips.

Language Skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Computer Operations:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective use of collaboration tools

  • Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work
