Description
Does working day shift Monday - Friday appeal to you? The DMV is looking for individuals who are service driven and enthusiastic, customer focused with experience working with the public, and team oriented with a high personal standard of integrity. If you join our team you will learn about motor vehicle laws and how to administer driver license exams. This is a temporary opportunity with on-the-job-training provided. Candidates that excel in the temporary position could have the opportunity to apply and interview for a permanent position.

Location: Omaha, Nebraska. Metro South

Work schedule: M-F, 8-5
Examples of Work
Review and make certain appropriate information is completed on driver licenses and permits. Administer drive tests for driver license and/or permit applications for Class O vehicles. Support examiners by performing light duty stocking of manuals and forms. Interact with customers in answering general motor vehicle questions. Complete report of day's activities.
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Experience working with the public in a customer service capacity or working with motor vehicle laws. Possession of valid driver license and excellent driving record. Fingerprint background check required.
