Compensation: $25.29/hr-$32.29/hr Depending upon licensure

Base pay is $25.29-$32.29 Hourly Dependent on Licensure Level. Opportunity to earn incentives up to $12,000.00 annually.

POSITION PURPOSE

The Therapist/Open Access Leader is part of the person-centered integrated team and provides direct and indirect services to persons served. They serve as the main assessor for Open Access, as well as a leader within the office, helping to direct the flow and referral processes occurring during Open Access. This position will have a flexible schedule with evening possibility included to assess incoming clients during those hours.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Provide full assessments to individuals presenting to Open Access
• Assessing appropriateness/readiness of referrals for counseling and other service lines (such as CPRC and CSTAR)
• Provide psychotherapy for persons served
• Complete treatment plans with persons served
• Function as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Serve as the office Open Access leader and liaison
• Maintain client records, following agency and state regulations including knowledge of utilization management criteria
• Maintain agreed upon level of customer care requirements
• Will provide culturally competent services to meet the unique cultural needs of each agency consumer and family member
• Be knowledgeable of other human/social services for purposes of referral if the agency is unable to provide a particular service and maintain documentation of such referrals
• Interface with other human/social services to provide holistic services to persons served
• Provide emergency services for crisis calls/walk-ins per the daytime crisis protocol
• Provide licensure supervision, if applicable
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATION(S): EDUCATION

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology required

QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least three (3) years’ experience preferred
• Working knowledge of DSM-5 required

QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required
