Position Profile

Promotes and maintains excellent customer relationships, sorts, separates and tags donated items, assists customers, operates cash register and picks up donated items as needed. Helps insure Thrift Shoppe is organized, neat and clean.

Responsibilities

§ Processes donated items.

§ Promotes and maintain excellent customer relationships.

§ Maintains a clean and orderly sorting area.

§ Operates cash register.

§ Assists with picking up and delivering donations as needed.

§ Maintains and enhances professional skills.

§ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.

Minimum Qualifications

§ High school diploma.

§ Previous customer service experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

§ Previous retail experience.
