Successful candidates will have:

Travel Advisor I

• 2+ years of experience in Customer services or Sales

• High School diploma or GED

• Travel certifications in the form of a CTA or destination specialist certificate preferred

Travel Advisor II

• 2+ years of experience in Hospitality or Travel industry

• High School diploma or GED

• Travel certifications in the form of a CTA or destination specialist certificate within two years

In this role, at our store location, you will:

• Sell international and domestic travel packages, including cruises, flights, car, hotel, and tours

• Provide excellent customer services under the AAA membership model

• Recommend and sell product enhancements for the customers' trip

• Address any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip

• Stay up to date on current travel trends, emerging destinations, and industry innovations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree

• Experience in travel sales and systems software

SALARY:

• The flat hourly pay rate for the position is Travel Advisor I: $23.00 or Travel Advisor II: $24.00. Placement on rate is based on candidate experience.

• Eligible for 11%, up to 15%, commission based on travel sales production.
