Responsible for providing exceptional service to Treasury Management clients by correctly completing product implementations, training and installations by phone, maintenance, and supporting clients via phone and/or email.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Treasury Management Operations Team meets established SLAs for new implementations and maintenances of treasury management services including but not limited to business online banking, bill pay, ACH, Wire, RDC, Cash Vault and Positive Pay.
  • Provide phone and/or email client service support for clients that use Treasury Management products and services.
  • Train and educate clients with Treasury Management services.
  • Serves as a liaison between Treasury Management clients, sales, operational servicing unit, and vendors to address and correct client inquiries.
  • Maintain high level of responsiveness to escalated troubleshooting requests from internal or external clients.
  • Assist the Treasury Management Team with implementations and testing of new products and enhancements/releases.
  • Develop product knowledge for all Treasury Management products and services with the ability to act as a resource for all internal bank business areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • To identify, evaluate, monitor and make any recommendation deemed necessary to their respective Risk Management Committee in order to assess, reduce, eliminate or control any current or prospective risks to earnings or capital arising from violations of, or nonconformance with, laws, rules regulations, prescribed practices, internal policies and procedures or ethical standards.
  • Ensure preventive measures are carried out to fully comply with current rules, regulations and internal policies relating to risks pertaining to BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and other AML related issues.
Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements:

High School diploma

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

3+ years working with treasury management products
Experience in a customer service, call center or product support environment

Technical and/or Other Essential Knowledge:

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and provide short and long term resolution
Knowledge of bank operations preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Proficient using Microsoft Office Product Suite including: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
